Second Screencast How-To Training

A while back, I posted the second MFP Training Screencast... Would love to hear what others think.
I'm having problems getting it recorded right to be able to survive google video's upload/flashifying/compressing, so it's embedded wmv at the moment. i haven't done more because of space concerns.
Any interest in how this was made?
